CalendarTable - class for constructing and rendering calendars.

  This class is a new implementation of the PHP Calendar Class found at: http://www.cascade.org.uk/software/php/calendar/

  This implementation constructs the calendars in a format which is compatible with phpHtmlLib. The class has also been extended to allow the application to better control how the calendar is constructed and presented.
